Today's dynamic corporate scenarios seek recruits who have both these skills in equal measure. The Training and Placement Cell (T&P) was started in January 2006, and operates year-round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The T&P Officers, assisted by student representatives from all departments, head this unit. The management of the institution and all other faculty members extend their wholehearted support to the functioning of this unit.
The T&P Cell assists graduates in career counseling, resume preparation, application procedures, and mock interview practice. T&P also coordinates talks, seminars, workshops, summer training, and industry-institutional interactions to bridge corporate expectations and academic learning.
Career Guidance & Counseling
The T&P forms the backbone for the career growth of the students of AIET. Career counseling helps students give direction to their aspirations and interests:
- Higher Education Support: Information regarding GMAT, GATE, CAT, and other entrance exams is made available. Coaching is provided, and students who qualify for written exams are given mock interviews and counseling on university selections by ARYAN alumni.
- Research & Core Jobs: Guidance is provided to help students explore software development, core engineering fields, and research openings.
- Entrepreneurship Development: Specialized training classes are organized to motivate and guide budding entrepreneurs to start their own ventures. Several alumni have successfully launched startups and now offer employment opportunities.
- Corporate Interactions: Leadership talks, symposiums, and workshops by corporate experts keep students updated with the latest industrial trends.

Our systematic training program begins in the initial semesters to prepare students for core technical recruitments:
