Institutional & Public Transit
To ensure security, punctuality, and added comfort for the campus community, AIET operates a fleet of institutional buses catering to students, faculty members, and administrative staff from all major routes in Bhubaneswar. In addition to our institutional network, public 'MO BUS' lines ply regularly, directly touching the college gates.
Salient Transit Guidelines
- Safety & Experience: Buses are operated by highly qualified, certified, and experienced drivers.
- First Come Basis: Seat allocations and bus pass issuances are processed on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
- Timely Schedules: The transport grid is designed to reach campus at least 10 minutes prior to morning classes.
- Punctuality: Students must board at their designated stops 10 minutes prior to arrival. Buses will not wait past scheduled times.
- Pass Verification: Valid bus passes (issued by the Administrative Officer) and institutional IDs are mandatory for boarding.
Vacation & Program Rules
- Buses run matching the B.Tech academic calendar. No services are provided during summer or winter breaks.
- No exclusive routes operate for MBA or M.Tech programs; postgraduate boarders must align with the undergraduate schedule.
- To support safety, on-demand transport for girl students is provided on a competitive, no-profit no-loss basis.
