T&P Advisory Committee
The Training & Placement Committee at AIET is formed to formulate strategies, outline training blocks, and coordinate campus recruitment drives. The committee works to help and promote students to prepare for placement examinations, mock interviews, and outstation higher studies.
Vision of T&P Cell
The cell empowers cadet groups to research target sectors (IT, Core, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Finance) and contact HR managers to compile a corporate database. The committee is also responsible for publishing annual placement brochures featuring student credentials.

Roles & Responsibilities of TPO
- Encourage eligible students to register credentials for on-campus and off-campus selection drives.
- Plan, design, and host mock assessments, company-specific test formats, and value-added branch training.
- Set up scheduling maps for recruiters, coordinating with department heads and coordinators.
- Manage budgets, coordinate student database updates, and distribute formal offer letters received from hiring companies.
- Arrange assembly halls, media equipment, pre-placement presentation boards, and hospitality for corporate guests.
