Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)
Constituted in alignment with AICTE regulations for establishing grievance handling mechanisms in technical institutions, the Grievance Redressal Committee at AIET is formed to solve the academic, administrative, and financial issues reported by students, parents, and staff members.

- Fair, impartial, and consistent proceedings
- Address irregularities in admissions or scores
- Prevent discrimination or victimisation of grievants
- Convene monthly review and monitoring meets
Grievance Channels & Scope
Complaints may relate to academic assessments, fee payments, infrastructure, hostel transit, or indiscipline. Anyone with a genuine grievance can lodge complaints via:

Resolution Timeline & Ombudsman Appeal
The GRC is mandated to review and resolve all submitted tickets within **7 days** of receipt. Outcomes are shared in writing with the concerned candidates. In case the grievant is not satisfied with the GRC's final decision, they hold the right to appeal directly to the **Ombudsman of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT)** to obtain justice.
