Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET) is recognized as one of the Best MBA colleges in Bhubaneswar. The Department of MBA was established in the year 2019 and since then consistently and competently drives towards excellence with a strong emphasis on the holistic development of the students. The MBA department grooms the multidisciplinary powers of the students and enhances their skill sets by providing field study, industrial tours, training, and research.

Welcome to the Department of MBA, Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a well-known fact, we cannot imagine the world without management concepts and practices. The Department's focus is to train our students to get strong academic knowledge in the frontier areas of various management theories with practical exposure and also to make the students ready to face real-world challenges. The Department has a rich blend of young and highly experienced regular and visiting faculty members, mostly holding PhD from reputed Universities. The faculty members display a high level of dedication and enthusiasm towards both teaching and state-of-the-art research.
Our faculty members are continuing their respective research projects and publishing their research articles in reputed national and international journals. The department is active in organizing various workshops and seminars for the growth and development of faculty and students’ research knowledge further. Our department students are also highly encouraged to implement their innovative research ideas with the help of expert faculty members.
Summer Internship Program (SIP)
The students are compiled to go to various industries to get practical application in real life after the 1st year. This is known as the Summer Internship Program. After completion of 45 days in various industries, they are bound to give a presentation before team members. This is very important for management students. During these days they also learn other aspects of entrepreneurial behaviour.
Admissions & Details
- Course Structure: The course is designed by Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. The course duration is 2 Years (Full Time) with 4 semesters.
- Admission Procedures: Designed in such a way that every graduate can pursue the course to boost managerial skills. Students must appear in OJEE/CAT/MAT/AIMA examinations and choose colleges based on rank.
- Fee Structure: The fee structure has been fixed to give excellent opportunities to students to acquire a high-quality degree affordably.
- Scholarships and Loans: Scholarships are offered to SC/ST students. Easy bank loans from nationalized banks are available to students achieving first class careers. Meritorious scholarships are also provided.
- Admission Announcements: Admission announcements start from January and February each year. Online inquiry is active throughout official hours.
