Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
In pursuance of the UGC (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of AIET is reconstituted to address grievance complaints relating to sexual harassment at the workplace.
Core Objective
To listen to complaints and grievances of students, faculty members, and staff representatives in person to deliver justice whenever institutional rights are compromised, violated, or threatened by any internal or external force.

Inquiry Process & Timelines
Enquiry Initiation
The preliminary enquiry process must be completed within 7 days of complaint submission.
Report Submission
Finding reports must be presented to the employer within 10 days of enquiry completion.
Action Timeline
The employer is mandated to act upon recommended actions within 15 days of receiving reports.
Who Can Reach Out for Help?
Any female employee (including Faculty members, Staff executives, and Students) of Aryan Institute of Engineering & Technology (AIET) can approach the committee members directly or mail complaints in complete confidentiality.
