Steps of Counseling at AIET
- Early Start: Students are introduced to the **Self Development & Placement (SD&P)** cell right from their 1st year.
- Mentor Allocation: SD&P assigns each candidate a faculty advisor/professor from their department matching their career choice.
- Interviews & Coaching: Respective departments organize technical interviews and mock counseling rounds.
- Personal Review: The SD&P cell holds personal interviews, recording observations for future track reviews.
