The Training and Placement Cell (T&P) was started in January 2006. The Training and Placement Officers who are assisted by student representatives from all the departments heads this unit.
The Training & Placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates and post-graduates in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full-time Placement Team.
The Training & placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Staff are available to respond to students' queries and concerns of all kinds, including career counseling and interview preparation.

The T&P forms the backbone for the career growth of the students of AIET. The career counseling provided by the T&P helps the students to give a direction to their aspirations and interests.
Information regarding GMAT, GATE, CAT and other entrance exams are made available. Coaching is provided, and qualified students receive mock interviews and intensive training.
Students are advised on various avenues based on interests - research, software development, or core engineering. Recruitment to research posts are notified and coaching provided.
Training classes organized to motivate entrepreneurship. Budding entrepreneurs are guided to start off on their own. Many students have successfully launched ventures.
Interactive sessions by leaders in respective fields are conducted regularly to keep students in touch with latest developments.
Personality development programs, mock interviews and mock GD sessions are conducted to enhance communication skills.
